We listen to conversation to and from social media accounts and pull out a topic cloud, keyword cloud thatshows you the most talked about subjects to and from the accounts concerned.
Why do this?
We do this to put context into online conversation and noise about brands, people and events. We check the sentiment and push relevant data so people can act or react properly to what is being said online.
